Fuki Funakoshi
Fuki is a graphic designer and illustrator who teaches online and in person classes in Boulder. She has exhibited her art internationally and locally. This will be her fourth time teaching July Art Camp at the Boulder School of Fine Art.

Fuki Funakoshi Bio
Fuki was born in Saitama, Japan and spent her childhood in Singapore. After graduating from Dokkyo University (with a B.A. in German Language), she studied drawing and fashion at Setsu Mode Seminary (Tokyo). She studied graphic designs at Vantan Design Institute.
Later she worked at an IT company and advertising company. She was employed as a graphic designer and design director for 4 years (2000-2004). After that she started working as a self employed illustrator and graphic designer.
In 2016 she moved her base to Boulder, Colorado, and began her collaboration with the Boulder School of Fine Art, as well as continuuing to work in publishing and branding. She teaches online and in person classes to young people interested in Japanese culture, language and arts.
Fuki loves dancing and traveling the world both of which inspire her art.
