School Policies

The Boulder School of Fine Art is dedicated to providing skill based art education to adults and teens. We are a community of  teachers and students who welcome those interested in pursuing art education without regard to country of origin, religion, political views, gender or sexual orientation. Our facility is handicapped accessible. We practice and expect courtesy and kindness to everyone in our classrooms.

Students may enroll in classes either online or in person. Payment is due at time of enrollment.

There are no refunds or credits given for missed classes because of life's complications or change in personal schedule. Students who miss class because of illness may make up the class within one week of the missed class.

If BSOFA cancels a class because of bad weather, we will call or text students enrolled to inform them and grant a class credit.

We follow the Boulder County Public Health guidelines for Co-vid safety. Our teachers are vaccinated and boosted. We encourage all students to inform us if they have contracted co-vid or are in close contact with someone who has. We give credits to students who miss classes because of co-vid.
