School Policies

The Boulder School of Fine Art is dedicated to providing skill based art education to adults and teens. We are a community of  teachers and students who welcome those interested in pursuing art education without regard to country of origin, religion, political views, gender or sexual orientation. Our facility is handicapped accessible. We practice and expect courtesy and kindness with everyone in our classrooms.

Enrollment

Students may enroll in classes either online or in person. Payment is due at time of enrollment.

We do not issue refunds. PER CLASS:

  • $15 class transfer fee

  • 15% of class tuition is cancellation fee, with the remainder as credit on file, up to 14 days prior to class start

  • No credit or transfers are available w/in 14 days of class start date

If BSOFA cancels a class , we will call or text students enrolled to inform them and reschedule or grant a class credit if we are unable to reschedule.

Co-Vid

We follow the Boulder County Public Health guidelines for Co-vid safety. We encourage all students to inform us if they have contracted co-vid or are in close contact with someone who has.
