July 2023 Art Camp

It's official! Yes, the Boulder School of Fine Art will run its second Summer Art Camp July 17-21 and July 24-28.

Students 10 -14 and 12-17 will be able to choose from an exciting lineup of classic and contemporary art projects taught by our school instructors, Elena Cantor, Rick Dallago, Fuki Funakoshi, Kyle Castleberry and Sharon Solomon. Morning camp will be from 9-12 and afternoon camp 1-4. Students may bring a lunch from home and will be supervised from 12-1.

Students will learn art techniques and have fun with fellow art fans in our uique, relaxed and creative art camp. Supplies needed for all projects is included in tuition. Planned projects include:

• Making a Scene with Shadowboxes

• Colorful Self Portraits - A Unique Look

• Character Mask Making

• Points of Perspective

• Water Color Plant Journaling

• Charcoal Portraits from Life

• Reenactment of Famous Art Scenes - Drama and Drawing

• Animated sillhouettes - action with shadows

• Mosaics

• Manga - Design Your Own Characters and Create Their Story

• Drawing the Flower of Life - the Geometry of Life

• And most of all, we will have fun!!!

Mornings: Week 1 or 2 Price $350

Afternoons Week 1 or 2: Price $350

Supervised Lunch Break Week 1 or 2: Price $150

Mornings Both Weeks: Price $650
